YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Key tasks: Financial and analysis, Financial Planning, Pricing and other supports
Scope: Yujin Group (Yujin Vina – TD, and Yujin Kreves – LA)
1. Reporting and analysis (~ 50%)
- Prepare monthly report for Business: management report, profitability by customer, profitability by product line (Cutlery and Metal) for each factory and consolidated report….
- Prepare and analyze monthly the variance with reasons and solutions: Actual vs. Rolling forecast.
- Monitor and evaluate all sales schemes, marketing program, production initiatives
- Monthly review of SG&A expenses and propose possible solutions to correct and improve.
- Monthly review of working capital (A/R, A/P, inventory) and propose possible solutions to correct and improve.
- Others ad hoc reporting and analysis from Management.
2. Financial Planning (~ 30%)
- Communicate with sale and marketing, production team to prepare the sales and margin forecast monthly to assist S&OP meeting and 3_month rolling forecast meeting.
- Assist manager to control the budget to ensure sales/cost are in line with agreed target.
- Support and assist in the 3_month rolling forecast process.
- Coordinate preparation of cost center budgets for departments, functions, or projects.
3. Pricing and other supports (~ 20%)
- Strictly follow pricing policy, manage and maintain internal price, selling price in ERP system accurately & timely.
- Manage and support price changes with reasonable rationale and updates.
- Analyzing product and customer price changes as possible.
- Feedback on pricing issues and margin movement analysis.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
