Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

• Manage and control the inventory (turnover, level and value) with SC and owners
• Other duties as assigned.
• Developing financial models and analysing them to support strategic initiatives and business decision
• Support annual product standard cost update / analysis / benchmark
• Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other reports based on standard accounting practices/policies
• Analyse the efficiency of production resources and material usage to advise to the manufacturing team on the optimal option
• Presenting the monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis and Ad-hoc business performance reporting
• Analyse production cost insight
• Providing reports to management regarding the financial status of the company, including trends over time
• Manage P&L by plant by department.
• Developing and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, operating forecast
• Reconciling all financial accounts for month-end closing and following up strictly timeline for Group period closing and Group Reporting.
• Provide in-depth analysis of both operational and financial data to help align business processes and strategies with financial goals, and to evaluate progress toward those goals.
• Interacting with external and internal auditors in annual audit
• Manage the budget of the manufacturing and control the budget
• Costing: Material; Conversion; Inventory
• Reviewing all financial transactions for accuracy and ensuring that accounting records are up to date
• Manage monthly manufacturing performance report

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in manufactory and costing analysis
• A bachelor&039;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Understanding standard cost; ERP or SAP (S4Hana) system
• Good at English is must
