Finishing Factory QC Manager

***POSITION OBJECTIVE
Interior’s French international group, design and manufacture exclusive and unique furniture and accessories of French style is looking for QC Manager for its Vietnamese industrial plants.
In collaboration with the Top management, you define the strategic plan for Quality and implement the action plan for quality in An Thanh finishing factory.
***POSITION DUTIES
 Analyze customer complaint, propose and follow corrective action with production
 Organize and assign QC staff for each production area of factory
 Evaluate current QC systems and procedures and advice improvements for both incoming materials and products
 Set up, organize and execute all the works related to quality management to decrease non-quality cost and decrease customer complaint
 Quality standards :
• Assure that standards are being followed for incoming materials
• Assure that standards are being followed for each step of production including, finishing area, assembly and packaging.
• Evaluate current documentation of quality standards of products/materials and suggest improvements where needed.
• Work in cooperation with technical department to implement quality standards in production
 Training :Train QC and production staff in following quality control procedures and for incoming material control

• Continuous improvement mindset
• 4yr University degree in Business or Engineering, and at least 5 to 10 years of senior Quality manager experience in the finishing furniture industry
• PERFECT English is required (oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
