Fit Technician - Garment

Perform other duties as assigned by management
Apply appropriate quality as required by technical team according to product category
Enhance the service standard for the property portfolio
Provide technical advice and support to design, merchandising and production team during product development and production
Provide guidelines on production process/improvement areas
Provide guidelines to ensure fitting meets product specifications
Manage the team to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency
Identify customers’ fitting requirements based on their design concepts/sketches/photos
Provide technical advice and support about fitting to customers, factories, merchandisers.
Responsible for handover of the new developments and liaise with relevant parties
Familar with fit approval, size set sample sealing, paper pattern knowledge is a must

Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Able to manage multiple tasks environment
Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
Strong product and material knowledge with good product safety requirements
Minimum 5 years&039; relevant experience in the similar positions.
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Literate in Microsoft office programs
Occasional travel is required
Degree in Clothing, Textile Merchandising, Textile, Fashion Designer or related discipline preferred
Strong problem solving skills
