Fixed Asset Accountant/ Nhân Viên Kế Toán Tài Sản

- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
- Maintain fixed asset system for accounting, processing and reporting of the assets.
- Check for completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub ledger and month-end closing activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries and adjustments.
- Monitor and process transactions on a daily basis.
- Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets.
- Ensure timely and accurate transfer of account data to General Ledger.
- Review and update the detailed of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
- Conduct Periodic physical counts of fixed assets.
- Generate monthly depreciation postings and annual account reports.
- Collaborate with team members/HODs to monitor asset disposals and movements.
- Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of (if need).
- Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
- Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
- Assist the auditors in their inquiries relating to fixed assets.
- Assist in other financial tasks.

- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree in finance/ hospitality preferred
- Two-year accounting experience, preferable in a hospitality environment.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with accounting software (Sun system).
- Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
