Food & Beverage Director (Giám đốc Ẩm thực) at Novotel Ha Long Bay (Vietnamese speaking with Fine dining experience)

Reporting to Geneneral Manager:

Budget planning / forecast / CAPEX / P&L.
Ensure the operation of all F&B & Event venues to the agree standards
Review daily financial reports
Guarantee the consistency of the quality, flavor, presentation and temperature of the products served in all F&B establishments.
Drives the overall F&B strategy and all marketing promotions, to increase the awareness and profitability of all the hotel’s outlet
Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
Maintain the quality of F&B service to achieve an outstanding service that exceeds expectations

Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Senior Food and Beverage role experience required
Highly responsible & reliable
Excellent communication in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
