Food & Beverage Operation Manager

Main Purpose of the role (working in conjunction with CEO)
- Fully responsible in managing the day to day running of Casa España Star Tower outlet as the flagship outlet for the company reflecting high standards in all of its business divisions.
- Implement ALL of the SOPS for Casa España Star Tower. Ensure that all of the agreed standards are followed by all of the business divisions including; retail products standards, Star Tower F&B/Events standards, food quality standards and service excellence executed by the team.
- Manage Star Tower outlet’s overall performance for both kitchen and front of house operation with major focus on service excellence, attention to detail and food quality execution.
- Major focus on revenue targets and quarterly planned sales & marketing promotions to achieve budgets set for the outlet.
- Ensure that all operational costs are kept in line or below the budget sets (inc weekly team rosters).
- Ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and other reconciliation activities.
- Responsible for the promotion of a safe and professional workplace through adhering to policies and procedures.
- Provide consultation/professional advice to clients (B to C and B to B) on all aspects of Casa España business units and effectively promote all of the products and services available.
- Conduct all training sessions to Casa España teams to enhance further their product knowledge. Also fully involved in the recruitment and selection of Casa España team.
- Order restaurant and kitchen supplies and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary requirements.
- Plan effective client events, tasting sessions and other promotional activity that can help generates further business for Casa España.
- Conduct weekly/monthly team meetings to discuss in-house/outside events and other promotional activity with all relevant Casa España team.
- Involved in all of Casa España business development plans and setting up of new business ventures.
- Interviews candidates, provides recommendations for hiring, terminations, advancement, promotion or any other status change of staff.

Education & Experience Required:
- Post-Secondary Education in Hotel/Hospitality Management from a recognized institution
- Should have minimum 3 years’ experience as a Hotel, Restaurant Food & Beverage Manager or similar role
- Must have good knowledge of western food and wester service (Spanish experience will be considered a plus)
- Good knowledge of bar service, wines and spirit is essential
- Food & Beverage Retail Experience will be considered as plus
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Must be fluent in both Vietnamese and English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership / motivation skills, organization and planning skills
- Excellent knowledge in various computers programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Budget and mathematical skills.
- Must have a complete understanding of inventory control and cost control systems and POS system
Benefits:
- Salary: 15,000,000 – 18,000,000 net/ month
- Company will pay: 100% social insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, PIT
- Shifts: 1 day off/week
- Annual leave: 12 days/ year plus national day and TET holidays following Vietnam labor regulations (pro –rata based on contract term)
- Other benefits: 1 meal/shift: 30,000 VND
