FOOD SAFETY MANAGER

- "Customize Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards to each product category manufacturing.
- Work with factory management on driving ownership and implementation practices and standards by all factories
- Lead studies in practical implementation of Standard Santizining Operating Procedures (SSOP). Design - verify and validate standard cleaning and sanitinzing methods as Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) as well as Hygiene Monitoring Standards
- Apply 5S as approach for driving food safety mindset change"
Train and guide factory food safety team in conducting Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) analysis and planning processes
- Work closely with R&D Microbiology team and Project team in the inspection and approval of new suppliers, manufacturing processes or equipment; Design and implementation of appropriate food safety standards and procedures to secure committed safe and consistent food safety and quality delivery
- Lead and or participate in multifunctional task-forces to troubleshoot food safety issues and crisis from raw materials, processing through to finished goods.
- Setup and lead food safety continuous improvement programs for manufacturing plants, suppliers and distribution system

- Master level or higher in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Biotechnology, Agricultural or Aquacultural Science, Bio- Chemistry or Microbiology from a well-known university is preferred
- 8-10 years leadership experience in R&D, QA or Manufacturing in the area of food safety design and implementation
- Experiences with pharmaceutical, dairy and low-pH foods and beverages is an advantage
