Foreign Remittance Staff

-Receiving outgoing remittance applications by GCMS+, 2D-Bar code, originals applications,
-Scan 2D-Bar code applications
-Communicate with customers for confirmation of purpose of payment and collect necessary supporting documents.
-Checking supporting documents to ensure compliance with FEFTA and local regulations.
-Handle and response to customer’s request and other Dept. requests sent to FRD by emails.
-Handle customer’s request by fax, and make fax pending report and settlement.
-Handle courier mailing for customer advices and invoices.
-Post accounting entries and input data into OVS
-Handle ad-hoc reports, regulatory reports

-Experience in International banking Operation preferred (Foreign Inward remittance / Foreign Outward remittance)
-Good Command of English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
-Able to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime
-Good interpersonal skills, Strong cooperative and collaborative
-SWIFT Messages literacy.
-Good computer literacy ( Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
