Formation Process Main Engineer

*** Job summary:
The Formation Profile Main Engineer is responsible for the manufacturing process for the mixing and coating areas of LiB manufacturing facility. The hands-on individual will possess a good working knowledge of manufacturing processes used in the fabrication of Li-ion cell electrodes
*** Responsibility Description:
The Formation Main Engineer has responsibility and accountability for process development including:
■ Leading continuous improvement activities in mixing and coating technology and expertise with the knowledge of rheology of slurry
■ Evaluation for cell formation process and performance
■ Optimization for the recipe to fit the materials for best electrode coating quality
■ Making plan to solve the issue the extract from evaluation

■ Minimum of 3 years experience in battery material, battery electrode or battery cell for R&D in industry. Electrochemical (lithium-ion battery) experience
■ Experience in battery production or Li-ion base battery
■ B.S. degree+ in Chemical, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent
