Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for day- to- day operation
- Liaise with customers, vendors for the provision of smooth processing and logistics flow.
- Manage the internal team and connection all department to develop and maintain existing business.
- Conduct business analysis of internal performance and market information.
- Manage communication between sales, customer, and overseas agents, offices.
- Independently generate new sales revenue.
- Effectively solve customers’ complaints (if any).
- Report to Manager/ Director for any irregularity.
- Have experience Customs clearance or relationship with Customs clearance and sea line, airline will be a plus.
- Perform other ad- hoc duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc

- At least 3 years of working experience in Shipping Operations/ Customer services
- Strong analysis skill and project management.
- Good time management and multi-task management skills.
- Ability to prioritize works for effective implementation.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
- Ability to function as an effective team member and act as a leader to Operation team.
- Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
- Strong customer service and results orientation.
- Have a good skill in communicating with customers and partners and have amiable attitude with colleagues.
