Fresher IT Business Analyst

● Work on Cloud computing, Web and Mobile projects.

● Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into documents such as project scope, project description, functional requirements, user stories.
● You will be responsible for taking requirements, estimations, and clarifying the needs with the project to define user stories and test cases.
● Work closely with international clients to clarify high level specifications, estimate efforts, support business development team to prepare Work Breakdown Structure, Quotation, Scope of Work.
● Participate in developing prototype, mock-up/writeframe, and UI/UX design.
● Verify team outputs by performing user acceptance testing, smock testing, etc.
● Create and maintain project documents including globassaries, lessons learned, user guides.

● Proficient communication in English.
● Analytical thinking and problem solving
● Interpersonal and consultative skills
● Experience in Inventory Management, eCommence, Edutech, CRM/ERP is a plus.
● Knowledge about Cloud computing such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
● Stakeholder analysis
● At least 6 months experience at BA position in the software project.
● Have knowledge of SQL and data modelling. Experienced in multi-tenant database modelling is a big plus (i.e. has experience in SaaS applications).
● Oral and written communication skills
