Fresher Phiên Dịch Viên Tiếng Nhật Kiêm Trợ Lý Dự Án IT ($300-$700)

We are searching for a Japanese Interpreter cum Project Assistant. The job will perform following tasks:
- Assists in writing reports and other project related documentation.
- Coordinates and schedules project teams meetings, as well as update and support meetings with stakeholders.
- Other tasks as required by Manager;
- Contact with 3rd Parties about translating document of project
- Do the interpretation between Japanese Manager and Vietnamese Staff, and convey instructions;
- Control work progress of other languages freelance translators (such as: Thailand, China, etc.)
- Assist project in IT business
- Translate IT documents;

Job Requirement:
- At least 6 months experience as interpreter
- Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, N1 or N2 ( experience in IT industry)
- Fresh graduation with excellent score is encouraged to apply
- Ability to communicate well in English
- Knowledge and experience in IT is an advantage
- Proficiency in computer (word, excel, power point, etc)

Personality Requirements:
- Smart, hard working, responsible, strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability of working independent and teamwork, can work under high pressure;
- Ready to work overtime;
- Can support other team member well;

- Salary: $300 – $700  (based on skills and experience);
- Working hours: from 9:00 to 17:00 (5 days per week);
- Excellent Overtime compensation policy;
- Well-equipped with insurance package as stated by Labor code
- Salary Review: 2 times/year based on employee's performance and contribution;
- Other benefits as per stated in Vietnamese Labor Law;
