Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Provide basic support on IT products and services.
Assist in managing relationships with Japanese- speaking clients and address inquiries.
Sales Support:
Conduct market research to identify new leads and business opportunities.
Help prepare sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Coordination and Reporting:
Track sales activities and provide regular progress reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English (both written and spoken).
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT concepts and software solutions (training will be provided).
Education: Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Skills:
Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Self- motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or in a team.
