Your key responsibilities:
For Fresher Software Engineers:

Practice coding with high quality and effective outputs
Learn and practice architecture, solutions in big/complicated applications or enterprise systems
Participate in all software development activities following the Scrum process
Communicate and report internally or directly to the client on status or result of work
Involve to develop applications/tools by using .NET or modern Java technologies
Write high-quality code to implement software features or fix bugs
Perform unit testing, documentation and all other activities defined in Definition of Done before passing source code to the Testing team
Design solutions and approaches for software features or subsystems

For Test Engineers:

Design high-quality test cases to scan through the operation of the software
Perform tests for both written test cases and by exploring the system
Communicate progress, test results and quality risks both internally and directly to the client
Participate in all software development activities following the Scrum process

Skills/experience You need to be Successful
Overall qualifications:

Have experience working with web application development (inside or outside of school)
English: writing and reading skills
Ready to work full-time officially
Final year student/ new graduate in Computer Science or related technical field/ less than 1 year of experience
Have experience working with a source version control (Git, SVN, etc)
Strong background knowledge of OOP, Data structures and algorithms

For Fresher Java Software Engineers:

Knowledge and experience with Java 8+ language, Spring Framework is a plus (e.g., stream APIs, reactive framework, Spring Data)
Passionate about learning and updating latest Java-related technologies.
Knowledge and experience with Java EE and have background knowledge of Functional Programming is a plus

For Fresher .NET Software Engineers:

Strong fundamental of .NET Framework, C, SQL, OOP, data structure and algorithms
Good knowledge of ASP.NET MVC, Web API, or Win-based application (Winform/ WPF)
Have knowledge of JavaScript, ORM such as Entity Framework, NHibernate, etc.
Good at relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

For Fresher Test Engineers:

Bold passion for IT software and testing, especially Automation Testing
Good IT background, critical and logical thinking skills
Commitment to excellence and self-improvement
