Front-End Developer

Job Responsibilities:

Developing new features for our product that exceeds our customer’s needs
Writing the unit tests for robust development
Researching new technologies to apply in current and future projects
Writing and reviewing code inline with best practice
Contributing to technical documentation such as technical design and as built documents
Performing code reviews on other team member’s work
Ensuring that your code hits a high bar for quality and performance

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Must have 2+ years prior experience as a Frontend Developer in web application / mobile application
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Must have good written and spoken English communication skills
A strong teamwork ethic is essential

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience in building responsive, elegant and scalable web applications
Experienced in web applications with ReactJS
Beneficial to have prior experience working with distributed teams
A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
Experience in frontend build tools (e.g. Yarn, Grunt, NPM,…)
Have knowledge and efficient use of ReactJS, React Hooks, Redux, Javascript, Typescript, ES6, HTML5/CSS3, Ajax, HTTP, axios
Experience with RESTful, GraphQL
Experienced working with agile development methodologies
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced with VueJS/AngularJS/NodeJS is plus
Understands the importance of contributing to the CI/CD pipeline and automation
Beneficial to have a working knowledge of Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Service Desk
