Front-End Engineer (Javascript, ReactJs)

Responsibilities:

• Work with international customers
• Work with colleagues from the United Kingdom and the US
• Be responsible for the success of your project
• Design, implement, and test web applications
• Collaborate on requirement analysis and specifications
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Working time: 40 hours/week, flexible

Your Skills and Experience 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Strong experience around ReactNative & React
• Good experience in E2E testing (Appium, Detox or something similar)
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines like CircleCiProficiency in English

Optional Requirements (nice to have)

• Knowledge of AWS Lambda is desired but not mandatory
• Knowledge of AWS Cognito is desired but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Java 11 is desired but not mandatory
• Knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes is desired but not mandatory
• Knowledge of UML and OpenAPI is desired but not mandatory
• Experience with RDBMS like Amazon Aurora with PostgreSQL compatibility
