Front-end Team Lead(JavaScript, ReactJS)

General Responsibilities:

Keep abreast of latest development techniques and security practices
Able to lead team, communicate and coordinate with other departments
Handle other tasks as required
Ensure cross-browser, cross-device performance, compatibility, and responsiveness
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Support back-end development and troubleshooting
Use your experience, industry knowledge, and best practice to develop world class applications
Work closely with Product Managers, Designer, Application Manager, and Project Manager to better understand requirements and user experience
Create modern, high performance with Java, ReactJS, Redux...

Job Requirements:

Able to lead team with SCRUMWORK methodology, support and guide team about tech
Experience with cross-browser development and testing practices
Take ownership of bringing new solutions to market and enhancing the features of existing solutions
Research new technologies related to the project
Have deep understanding of how to build high-performing software and practical experience with performance analysis and testing
Passionate in building a great UI/UX app
Able to work independently with minimal directions
Experience with Java and React.js
Experience with responsive design and front-end optimization techniques
Expertise in building a single page application including front-end routing, 2- way data binding, client-side rendering, and JSON-based RESTful APIs
Have knowledge in unit testing (Jest, Karma...)
Have a highly team-oriented attitude
Having experience in Google Map API is a big plus
Having experience in modern CSS tools like SASS, LESS, Bower, Yeoman, Npm is a plus
Practice knowledge of website optimization techniques and fast page load times
Experience with Bootstrap
Never stop learning and developing your skills
Have strong fundamental knowledge and skills in modern Java Script (ES6)
