Fullstack Developer(Python,JavaScript)

Worknetics is hiring for a young overseas startup with very strong traction and investor backing working on a highly technical SaaS product for manufacturers. This is not your average engineering job where you write end points and ORMs all day. We automate the boring stuff and you should also learn to do so. You will help us build out tools for interacting efficiently with complex data, using functional reactive programming paradigms, while working at the interface of knowledge graphs, algorithms, UX and distributed systems.

This is a tremendous opportunity to be one of the early employees in a highly skilled young start-up attacking one of the hardest problems in enterprise B2B software, that has not been productized to date. We work hard and are all extremely dedicated to building the best platform for manufacturing. The actual work is a lot of fun if you are technically inclined, as a lot of the problems require state of the art tools, questioning the status quo, and thinking creatively outside the box. If you are willing to put in the effort, you will learn a lot.

MUST HAVE:

• Strong and thorough understanding of Python

• Familiarity with Elm, Elixir, Clojure, Haskell, or common Lisp

• Strong analytical thinking and abstraction ability to tackle hard problems

• Willingness, openness, and dedication to learn new skills fast

• An understanding and appreciation for good UX (oftentimes less is more)

• Some experience in building complex software products
