Fullstack/Backend Dev (Sign-on ~40mil)

fram^ is currently looking for Fullstack/Backend Engineers to join our Danang team in developing and building up a giant
Microservices system
in Human Resources of a fast-growing product company in Germany. This role will include:

Be a part of our engineering team;
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize deployment efficiency;
Developing high-scale/high-load/distributed solutions;
Identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages;
Technologies: Kotlin/Java of the Backend Web (80%), Golang/PHP (20%)

Has experience with Docker and CI/CD system;
Good knowledge of OOP, and software design (clean code, design patterns, SOLID,…) ;
At least 3 years working in Backend web development;
Good experience with Git, Agile process;
Experience working on large-scale, high-traffic projects;
Ability to write well-documented, clean code;
Able to take instructions and execute them within the deadline.
Experienced in one of the following programming languages: Java/Kotlin, Golang, PHP,… (open for all Backend programming languages);
Good understanding (or better with hands-on experience) of event-driven architecture, asynchronous programming, and distributed systems;
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL database;
Good at English especially speaking and writing skills;
