Furniture Export Sale Manager

• Manage and run the department’s tasks:
- Work with the factory on production plan, quality checking, delivery plan, troubleshooting…
- Performing sales tasks such as: processing customer’s information and requirement, doing procedures, contacting partners, coordinating with other internal departments to give quotation, sign contracts with customer and launch the order. Predicting and negotiating to close prices to get the best price for the company
- Complete the department&039;s monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
- Elaborate Export sale plan: searching and exploiting new customers, expanding strategic customer accounts, target markets
- Customer management: manage and develop external relations with customers, export business brokerage, export trust ... to maintain and develop the company&039;s export market
• Human resource training management:
- Supporting department’s staff when having difficulty in contacting customers, trouble shooting customer complaints and reply customer feedback
- Make work plan of the department, reviewing the work plan of each salesman for the monthly, weekly work
- Recruit, train, coach the knowledge and skills of employees

Request:
- Age from 30-45,
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, hardworking and have mind of target achievement.
- University/Colleges Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Commerce, Economic and/or Architecture/ Interior designer / Designer with commercial experiences.
- Work address: NESTA Factory Office, at Clean Industrial Park, Van Giang District, Hung Yen Province, (very near ECOPARK).
- Excellent command of English, other languages are a plus.
- Experience request: AT LEAST 2 years experience in Export sale of Furniture products with good track records.
- CV in English and certifications attached
