Furniture Product Manager (Background on US Market, US Retailers and US Requirement is An Advantage)

- Supplier performance management, i.e. quality, delivery, price adjustment etc.
- Negotiating and constantly improving purchasing conditions/relationships with existing suppliers/manufacturers.
- Lead and develop team if needed
- Order management, i.e. tracking delivery on time, order information is accurate in accordance with agreed quotation.
- The Product Manager will form an integral part of the Sourcing function in the fulfillment of buyer’s request. Product Manager execute the company’s prescribed end to end sourcing process, through understanding of buyer’s request, identifying and building relationships with supplier and customer, negotiating costs, developing products as well as ensuring the orders are shipped on time in full with the right quality.
- Co-operating with customers, Quality and Product Coordinator teams on product development, quality control & order handling.
- Ensure shipped product in accordance of customer’s expected technical & quality standard
- Problem solving, i.e. claims, rebate, marketing contribution etc.

− Experience: at least 5 years in furniture business, ability to develop the relationships with customers and suppliers.
− Based in Hochiminh City and should be willing to travel. Professional experience and knowledge in sourcing of required products categories.
− Specialized knowledge on Indoor furniture product, supplier knowledge.
− Have experience in wooden furniture, knowledge about timbers.
− Problem solving capability. Lead and develop people
− Language: Fluent English, Chinese (not mandatory, but is a plus – value).
− Communication and negotiation skills- Project management- Develop business and deliver results.
− Skill to manage/control the factories, on production leadtime, order follow up
− University Degree level.
