Game Designer

• Generate ideas, and design detailed scripts & content for games: Games Casual and Hyper Casual to release on CH Play and App Store, targeting the global market.
• Build levels, plot (if any), evaluate, analyze, and balance the game to create the best player experience.
• Analyze indicators, evaluate, and optimize to make appropriate adjustments.
• Research new game ideas, the market, and user gaming trends.
• Collaborate with Developers and Artists to develop and finalize game ideas.

• Good ability with design level
• Love to play games
• Good creative ability
• Understanding the market, game trends, player preferences
• Understanding the elements when designing games: UX, UI, Game Balance.
• Skilled in assessing and analyzing the game's strengths and weaknesses, providing solutions for weaknesses, and developing directions for strengths.
• Priority is given to candidates who have IAP games on CH Play and Apple Store
