Game Producer/Project Manager (English)

Summary:
You will be working closely with your team to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization in all of our products. This includes improving our existing content and bringing all new features to life in our products. Your contributions will then be played by players from all over the world.

Actively communicating with superiors
Coordinating the activity of all parties involved in the project (programmers, artists, QA, creation teams, support teams)
Planning, coordinating and supervising the game development cycle in order to achieve the objectives of the project.
Managing the project risks & conflicts, to avoid or reduce any risk that can affect the project objectives
Developing the project plan, assigning project roles & responsibilities and managing the activity schedule

Authority Reporting
Producer is reporting directly to the Head of Production

Requirements
Experience

Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time;
2+ years of hands-on experience in project management (in game industry is a plus)
Strong logic, analytical & planning skills, very well-organized, problem-solving;
Bachelor degree or equivalent,
Passionate about video game, and good gaming background: having good knowledge of a wide variety of video games on different platforms;

Skill

Proactive with a solution-oriented attitude;
Excellent written and spoken in English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Good leadership and team spirit;
