Garment Development Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES
Development:
Manage and validate the quality of your samples. • Build and Manage the Development Plannings.
Work with the sample development between the Decathlon headquarter and factories.
Purchase:
Negotiate the price of your products.
Cost breakdown of the products.
Industrialization:
Follow up and help the factories you in charge of to improve their production efficiency. Continuous improvement: Improve and optimize the production processes.
Ensure the quality and the technicity of the mass production.
Quality Management:
Train the Quality Team of your suppliers.
Control the Quality of the Products in the production lines and before shipment.
Ensure that Compliance standards and the local regulation are respected, in terms of quality, safety, environment, toxicology, and social compliance.
Improve the Quality system of your suppliers.

Business mindset & result-oriented to expand the scope of business in charge.
Good communications & negotiation skills
Requirement
Able to make decisions & influence others.
Detail-oriented & work well with numbers (for product costing).
Strong experience in Product Development and understanding of production flow.
Good English communication skills.
