Garment QC (Work in Mekong Delta)

Job overview
-Assisting our Technical QA in the below:
-Managing quality from raw material delivery through to the export of finished garments in factories located within the Mekong Delta.
-Following and applying quality standards and procedures during production in all areas of the garment factory.
-Checking and resolving Technical problems in production.
-Checking Production and Pressing Samples.
Major responsibilities
- Working for a UK / EU Company Representative Office located in HCMC.
-Assisting in the quality control of materials and garments in “Approved Factories”.
-Assisting in the cut Panel and Input Inline inspections following the required standards.
-Daily Inspection, Input / Output and Work in Progress reports written in English.
-Assisting in the solving cutting and production quality issues with factory QC / Technical staff.
-Assisting in the checking factory samples before they are sent to the UK head office.
-Assisting in the solving technical and pattern issues on development and in production.
-Assisting in the monitoring the production on all lines and the status of all orders in each factory to update the Rep Office and QC Manager each work day.
-Assisting in the monitoring packaging standards and the loading of finished goods into containers to ensure quality and compliance are maintained for delivery.
-Assisting the QC Manager and Garment QA Inspectors with the day to day quality control tasks.
