Conduct regular performance reviews with staffs for incentives or improvements.
Responsible for bulk production technical guidance, coordinating and solving problems in the production-related with technical issues (Pattern, Marker, Consumption, Sewing Tech etc.)
Responsible for the management of sample room from recruitment, training, evaluation and assessment. Instruct, supervise, inspect and assess the implementation of the duties of each position, master and record the production data and design the departmental performance appraisals.
Responsible for cost control, reducing fabric consumption, and sewing SAM by applying better equipment or creative sewing tech.
Responsible for the filing and storage of technical documents, production data and samples of each process.
Responsible for checking pattern making, grading, shrinkage, marker and sewing technical pack to make sure the correctness, controlling sample making process, Improving technology & skill on pattern making and sewing process to increase the first passing rate.
Confirm the feasibility of sample sewing technology in actual production, and solve the production tech issues of the factory in time.
Responsible for controlling the whole progress of R&D, shortening the R&D cycle, and controlling and improve the accuracy of tech document before bulk production
Daily management and operation, according to the actual sample requirement from sales team from development to bulk, prepare the sample making plan, instructing and coordinating the pattern maker, sewing exports and sewing technician as well as other depts by following the requirements from customers, rationally dividing and allocating resources to complete the sample on time with required quality and quantity.
Responsible for the overall management of sample room, designing the working goal and implementing plans, completing the workflow, responsibilities, and work procedures, applying customer’s technical standards, specifications and keeping on upgrades.
