General Accountant

Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice; and input data into accounting software.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups
Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly in accordance with Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Record financial transactions by entering account information.

Communicating effectively in writing;
Minimum 2 year of similar experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Well-groomed and with a positive, guest-service oriented attitude;
Problem solving and organizational abilities;
English with the ability to communicate clearly;
