General Accountant

What You Will Do
-Arrange documents and files, Copy and classify documents
-Prepare tax declarations (VAT, PIT, CIT, VAT refund,...), Check and send PIT finalization report to Tax Office, Work with Tax Office regarding tax payments, possible amount differences, report adjustments, letter applications
-Following deadline and Pay the Business-License Tax
-File tax reports with Tax Office, Statistic Office
-Prepare statistical reports (quarterly, yearly)
-Cost control, calculate the cost of goods manufactured
-Allocation of prepaid expenses, fixed assets, raw material costs
-Checking clearly the payment request’s documents and processing the payment procedure (bank transfer, cash voucher).
-Timely planning cash flow, matching expenses incurred, Making payment orders for suppliers, cash collection
-Check and control cash
-Banking: Work with banks regarding payments, adjustments, amendments, receiving, checking and input Bank statement from the bank, input payment transaction receipt in accordance with accounting regulations, Statement of Accounts
-Bank and cash booking
-Making Balance sheet
-Check holding accounts (cash, bank, tax, other payables, other receivables), reports, files
-Keeping track of selling quantity, value of invoice, kind of product.
-Contact suppliers about payment's information, details of invoices, etc.
-Issue VAT invoice, Making reports about the situation of using invoices, Check all input and output invoices
-Compare Account Payables to suppliers, Compare Account Receivables with invoice list
-Compare original documents with debit notes.
-Checking the material inventory between production’s data and warehouse’s data, Collation of inventory and production data on raw material situation
-Other tasks which are required by the Chief Accountant and the General Directors
