General Accountant

● Make booking & monitor all cash & non-cash transactions to ensure the accuracy of statistics.
● Receive & promptly handle all transaction requests from stack-holders.
● Make Account Receivables & prepare documents for customers’ invoices.
● Track & manage asset’s cost: newly buying, transferring & liquidating.
● Monitor & get liabilities accounts paid on time for stocks/services providers.
● Plan operation costs: cost of goods sold, management cost, sales expense & other costs,...
● Make transfer order & note to provider & make sure it is complete.
● Make budgets for wage expenses & all staff-related costs.
● Do periodic collation of balance to ensure the accuracy of statistics.
● Check all the assets periodically to find out mistakes & then take action to fix it.
● Prepare documents for profit tax; VAT; PIT; FCT following Vietnamese Tax Law. It includes documents-related tax audit.
● Prepare & submit tax reports.
● Prepare & handle all changes related to legal stuff: business registration certificate; tax registration; company seal,...
● Manage & file vouchers, invoices & contracts following Vietnamese Law.
● Carefully check with all contracts details before submitting to Finance Manager.
● Assist to make financial reports including: balance sheet, income statement, cash-flow statement and notes to the financial statements.
● Assist to make cash-flow report forecast.
● Assist to make financial plan & projects’ cost.

● Bachelors’ degree in Accounting/ Auditing from HCM University of Economics / HCM University of Banking/ HCM University of Economics & Laws.
● Work experience
2 - 3
years as General Accountant.
● Thorough grasp knowledge of Vietnamese accounting laws.
● Good systematic & analysis thinking.
● Experience dealing with taxes under Vietnamese law.
● Good use of Microsoft Office: Ms.Excel; Ms.Word; Ms.Powerpoint.
● Accounting software applications experience.
● Good English skills (4 skills)
● Ability to handle multiple-tasks & time management to meet deadlines.
● Ability to self-learning & being proactive to understand & handle assigned & ad-hoc tasks effectively.
● Ability to adapt & work under high-pressure.
