General Accountant (Jaguar Land Rover, HN)

* Job Purpose Summary:
Be responsible for daily bookkeeping and administration in finance department, monthly/yearly closing and internal reports, tax submission.
* Key Responsibilities:
Treasury
• Assist in dealing with banks to establish, maintain or extend credit facilities and other banking activities.
• Forex management: apply and monitor financial instruments with banks following the Group policy.
• Frequent Cash Flow Forecast
• Cash management and planning
Accounting/Tax management
• Calculate/reconcile/book accruals
• Prepare/check/declare VAT, FCT, SCT monthly
• Review Cost elements and cost structures to align with statuary and group reporting requirements
• Monitor fixed assets, tools and supplies.
• Close month end for 3 subsidiaries
• Work with internal and external auditors for year-end closing/reports
Reporting
• Assist line manager in reviewing financial statements monthly/quarterly.
• Prepare monthly consolidated report under VAS
• Review Cost elements and cost structures to align with statuary and group reporting requirements
• Assist line manager in supervising accounting/taxation activities
Others
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the Line manager and the company.

- Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS)
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Ability to work systematically, structured and detail oriented
- Relevant university certification, major in Finance & Accounting
- Drives continuous improvement
- 5-6 years working experience in accounting in FDI companies
