General Accountant Tax – Thanh Hóa

- Liaise with auditors, consultants and tax authorities for all tax and accounting matters.
- Performing all other tasks as assignment.
- Foreign contractor Tax (FTC): Follow with procurement department to get information of Foreign vendor and declare to obtain the FTC tax code for each Vendor. Declare and request to Payable account to process payment once incur FTC to match deadline.
- Lead to handle fixed asset, AP and AR
- Prepare, check, reconcile and submit VAT declaration form on E-Tax system
- Monitor payment and cash on hand in compliance with company policy, accounting and tax law.
- Monitor local tax: Incharge of CIT preparation. Work with Sales department to manage revenue, consult on the promotion program to match with Tax regulation; Coordinate with other departments to advise on supporting documents for CIT purpose
- Transfer Pricing: Check, reconcile and work with consultant, Tax team in HQ on preparing Local file and Master file for consistency with Form 01 and 02 declared in CIT return form.

- Good at English communication, MS office and SAP software.
- At least 3 years experiences in tax accountant or senior accountant in factory or foreign-owned companies.
- In-depth knowledge of VAS, IFRS and local tax.
- Bachelor degree in finance & accounting
- Good analytical skills and organizational skills.
