General Accountant [Upto $2000]

Workplace: LS ELECTRIC Factory, Nguyen Khe, Dong Anh, Ha Noi/ Moved to Yen Phong, Bac Ninh from 03/2022.
Main job:
 Accounting:
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
-Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Training to staffs well acknowledge, supervise staff in other additional issue.
- Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
 Tax Issues:
- Ensure all tax payment is received on the due date.
- Dealing with Tax officer.
- Work with tax consulting agencies for all questions relate to business, contract or a specific operation.
- Follow up other requirements from Tax Bureau and new laws on accounting.
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT) in time and accurate manner.
 Audit issues:
- Dealing with the auditors yearly for the final financial reports.
- Obtain data from all departments to prepare management report.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Others daily and monthly duties requested by the Chief accountant or Director.
- Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.

Requirement
- At least 5 years working experience as general accountant or tax accountant in manufacturing companies.
- Good at English or Korean
- Good analytical thinking.
- Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Organized and good at planning
- Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills.
- Careful, patient, to have high sense of responsibility in work
- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or related field
