General Accountant (Urgent, Jaguar Land Rover HCMC)

* Job Purpose Summary:
Be responsible for monitoring daily bookkeeping and administration in finance department, monthly/yearly closing and internal reports, tax submission.
* Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing & submitting internal accounting reports: Sales reports, profit and loss statement, expense schedule
- Support on internal and external tax and accounting audit.
- Manage and control fixed asset, tools and supplies
- Follow and control cash advance, payment in advance, account payable, receivable transactions and others
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements (budgets, cashflow) for companies.
- Check all invoices, documents, input the data of invoices, documents into accounting software, and ensure all data complied with all regulatory requirements in Vietnam
- Prepare one-off reports required by BODs for management purpose.
- Issue car and service invoice and support sales team in cash collection
- Making taxes declaration (VAT, PIT, CIT, Invoice Report) and monitor account reconciliation, tax and calculations

- Ability to work systematically, structured and detail oriented
- Relevant university certification, major in Finance & Accounting
- Drives continuous improvement
- Flexibility & team-spirit
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
- Having good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting department
- Working experience in automotive industry (prefer)
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS)
- Clear understanding of own strengths and weaknesses related to the current position, and ability to develop the weaknesses.
