General Accountant

Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…)
Coordinates with other departments, internal audit from Head Office and external parties.
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice; and input data into accounting software.
Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
Secures financial information by completing data base backups

At least 7 years of experience in accounting field
Experience in foreign companies
Can work overtime when needed
CPA, ACCA certificate is preferable
Advance knowledge in Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
University degree majoring in accounting and finance
Experience using SAP accounting software and make accounting, expenses reports.
Strong English or Japanese skills
Strong background in general accounting & tax accounting
