General Accounting

Under supervision of accounting manager, assist in preparation of financial statements for both group and local statutory reports, managing reports including number uploads based on predetermined schedule.
Main duties and responsibilities
•Be responsible, together with the Accounting Manager, for accounting routines in compliance with the standards (Groupe Policy and VAS) and local tax.
•Generate and ensure accuracy and timely reporting of monthly, quarterly, hard close and yearly closing.
•Manage lists of prepaid expenses and accruals against actual occurrence
•Do monthly BS reconciliation.
•Manage monthly P&L allocation file to split Group and Non-Group expenses.
•Prepare a comparative file for monthly expenses review.
•Manage the upload exercise on actual basis including TMR, BFC, IWS, Board.
•Communicate with other departments within the company as well as external auditors and tax authorities.
•Accomplish projects together with Accounting Manager.
•Other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager and Finance Director/ Senior Finance Director.
