Mô tả công việc

-Assistant Director to manage Management Division.
-Checking all document before submit to Director.
-Classify work schedule by email-related business / Buyer-related business / office meeting-related business
-Work schedule management by checking, separating and sorting e-mail buyers or internal meetings
-Manage General Director’s schedules of meeting (office & outside) and business trip
-Follow up meeting & project, etc.
-Perform other duties as required by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Fluency in English
-Experience in APAREL MERCHANDISE (MR) is a high advantage
-Understanding of the executive secretary's work
-Good at using Microsoft office
-Good interpersonal skills. Be able to deal with employees from all functions at different levels.
-High sense of confidentiality, responsibility, highly reliable.
-Quick in learning new things and adapting to new environment.
