• Responsibility for local staffing, guide and develop your local management team supported by Group HR
• First representative of RRC in Vietnam
• Ensure the day-to-day business at the local manufacturing site
• Local sparring partner for Group management
• Further development of the manufacturing site by identifying growth and optimization potential in terms of performance and processes
• Disciplinary guidance of local staff in alignment with the company&039;s vision and values
• Ensure our standards in quality and performance in local production processes
• Set up and lead of our new factory in Vietnam in close cooperation with the management board in Germany

Your qualifications - solid and adequate:
• Master´s degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
• Entrepreneurial thinking with analytics, creativity, assertiveness
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task, act in a fast-paced working environment
• Several years of professional experience (5+) in running new factory operations and professional and disciplinary leadership proven success in developing production sites
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills, organizational talent, able to lead and train people
• High level of personal integrity
