General Ledger Accountant ( Kế toán viên)

• Verify documents and book to expenses with correct nature and department to ensure the accuracy and compliance.
• Manage certain expense accounts and relating process to ensure the proper and reliable reports on monthly basis.
• Do the accounts reconciliation at each month-end to ensure the transparency and clearness of ending balance.
• In charge of certain tax accounts such VAT, Import tax, WHT… as assigned.
• Verify documents to ensure the sufficiency and accuracy for payments as company regulations.
• Allocate payment detail into system to keep the update detail aging outstanding.
• Do the statistic and internal reports as assignment
• Ad-hoc tasks and rotation job need to be willing accept by jobholder, this job description may be changed over time as company growing
• Other tasks will be assigned by leader from time to time.

1.     Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Speak and write English fluently

2.     Experience

• More than 2 years’ experience in manufacturing operations

3.     Knowledge of:

• Computerized accounting software, plus knowledge of ERP
• Budgetary control and common key performance measurements
• Vietnam accounting standards and practices, Vietnam taxation
• Identify the issues

4.     Skills and Abilities

• Honesty, integrity, reliable and dependable, hard working, perseverance, detailed and thorough
• Numerate, analytical, logical and follow-through skills
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
