General Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven General Manger to direct and manage HQTS Vietnam business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.
 Implement Vietnam company-wide company strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
 Managing operation team and control the cost.
 Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
 Accomplish the human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales and related persons.
 Evaluating performance and productivity
 Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.
 Generating reports and giving presentations.
 Initiating and managing the implementation of the all-round sales strategy.
 Establishing the team for business development including market, sales and operation, and associate with top management and develop strategies and plans in line with business objectives in Vietnam.

 Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
 Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
 International travel is required.
 English advance.
 Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
 Excellent listening, writing and cross cultural communication skills.
 Experienced in remote team management.
 Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
 At least 10 years of company operation, business development and market expanding in TIC industry, sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business. TIC industry will be preferred.
 Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
