General Manager - Freight Forwarding

•Provide strong leadership towards the office operation and staff.
• Solid experience and knowledge in Supply Chain Management - Intensive understanding of transportation, import/export logistics, warehousing & distribution, customs process, supply chain solutions
•Supervise the production in line with the requirements defined in the manuals and standing operating instruction.
•Educate and train new staff and brush ups of existing staff.
•Plan and guarantee availability of sufficient workforce in the production of any time.
•Improve internal processes and ensure employees work as a cohesive unit.
•Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
•Set up and implementation of a control system which guarantees that claims or possible claims are reported to HQ proactively or at least in due time.
•Sustain current market position and growing market share.
•Budget responsibility.
•GM Vietnam has to represent Atlantic Group in whole Vietnam (Chief Representative).
