• Responsible for the operations in DWS to run at an optimum level
• Responsible for the integration of the new dye house from Vietnam in Suedwolle Group: setting up the new mill according to the Group’s standards
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and business development in Vietnam, in coordination with the sales organization of the Group

Main goals:
• Be an active support for business development for sales, and contribute directly to increasing our customer satisfaction
• Ensure the implementation of the strategic and operational local goals
• Responsible for all production facilities and to ensure that our standards related to our products and processes are met
• Align the Group’s vision, strategy and goals to the goals of the mills from Vietnam
Responsibilities - Strategical role
• Support the local team to reach the operational goals
• Lead and support the changes in processes, systems and culture, within the organisation
• Adapt and implement the Group’s strategy and long-term goals, ensure a shared vision within the team
• Seek out opportunities for growth by developing business relationships with our customers
• Ensure organizational effectiveness by developing processes and systems, establishing a highly motivated work environment with focus on people development, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Responsibilities - Operational role
• Implement adequate production processes, that respond to our customers’ needs and expectations
• Formulate and follow up on the mill’s operational goals, starting from the strategical goals of the Group, together with the local leadership team
• Develop, implement, and follow up on the budget and allocation of resources
• Take on projects with impact at Group level, and contribute to define and achieve common goals for the location
• Contribute to the mill’s development and strengthen the mill’s position in the Group, by actively providing solutions that meet the market’s requirements
• Is responsible for the results of all production facilities, that the targets related to quality, efficiency, costs, etc. are reached
• Oversee day-to-day operations, supporting the team to assure their completion
