General Manufacturing Trainer (Working in Haiphong - 03 Positions)

Trainer will be responsible for performing training needs and actual production assessments, designing and delivering training curriculum, materials, equipment, instructions and managing all phases of training to compliance with regulations on standardization, simplification, focus on efficiency, meeting operational and development requirements of Company.
The trainer will be a confident public speaker and an experienced manufacturing who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed for training to improve employee skills, knowledge and competencies.
Reporting to the Training Center Director, the position is accountable for:
• Participate in the development of training programs and plans according to the requirements of Manufacturing Division.
• Summary training records and evaluate effectiveness after training.
• Ensuring the progress and quality of training classes are carried out as planned.
• Develop and implement solutions to improve training efficiency (Video, E-learning).
• Effectively control and use materials and consumables during the training process.
• Other tasks related, which is required by direct manager.
• Organizing, managing all phases of training according to assigned General Manufacturing training groups.
• Training area owner - maintain good condition of all equipment, resources and trouble-shooting if needed.
• Ability to train production knowledge and skills for Manufacturing employees.
• Building and delivering a competency/ skills assessment for employees; ensuring competency after training.
• Managing continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen program.
• Developing and updating training materials, examination and answers.
• Ability to organize general seminars and write media bulletin.

• Extensive knowledge of Specialized training/ Improvement tools / Lean manufacturing.
• English: Fluently.
• Ability and experience to develop training material.
• Presentation, communication, relationship skills.
• 4-5 years at least experience working in manufacturing field or training. Experience working in skills training filed is preferred.
• Grasp thorough knowledge of production system.
• Experience working in a multinational environment is preferred.
• University/ College graduated - Technical background (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, etc.)
