German Travel Consultant

Main duties:
- Being in charge of oversea travel agents / direct clients (German/English markets)
- Co-ordinating with Operation Department to solve clients’ changing requests occurred on spot quickly and efficiently.
- Work closely with Operation Department on all necessary travel services (incl. hotel, car, guide, air tickets, visas and related services).
- Pre-checking services to make sure all are pre-arranged in good order before clients’ arrival (if any)
- Quoting (GIT/FIT, series…) and sending the proposal / confirmation to the clients / agents related to the Indochina tours.
- Negotiating with all the suppliers to get the best deal for some big groups / series.
- Co-ordinating with Accounting team to send the invoices to Agents and follow up payment to avoid any late cases (if any)
- Building up good relationship with the agents by supporting them with the best services and up-to-date products daily.
- Co-operatingwiththeAgentsandOperationDepartmenttosolvethecomplaintsfromthe clients perfectly.
- Consulting clients / agents all the information needed.

- Language skill: Fluency in German, English is communication.
- Computer skill:MS Office applications.

- Building up good relationship with Operation and other departments; offices in Vietnam and overseas offices; response them actively and promptly.
- For German-speaking staff: Handling hotline when customer care is absent.
- Time management.
- Being responsible to your duties (quotation offers, bookings).
- Being friendly and helpful.
- Responding in time, precisely and professionally.
