Loss Adjuster Engineering (electrical engineering)
What You Will Do
- Investigation of circumstances and cause leading to physical damage at construction projects, factories and commercial premises
- Preparing professional reports
- Consulting with lawyers on liability of relevant parties for loss/damage and proposing a final loss adjustment for claim payment
- Negotiation with Insured/Contractors on cost of reinstatement work
- Consulting with specialists to propose solutions for restoration of damaged items
- Dealing with insurance claims for loss of or damage to contract works at infrastructure, civil & industrial construction projects, machinery breakdown in factories and commercial premises
- Inspection and investigation of damaged property (including construction/erection works, building structures, machinery & equipment, stock in trade) to establish nature and extent of loss/damage
- Assessing value of damaged items and/or establishing cost estimate for reinstatement of damaged items

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering
- Male under 31 years old
- Skillful in using design and office computer applications, such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point etc
- Knowledge of insurance is an advantage
- High level of proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
- Social communication skills, flexibility, able to work in high-pressure working environment
- University graduated, majored in: electrical engineering (preferred candidates from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, National University of Civil Engineering, University of Transport and Communications, Hanoi University of Mining and Geology)
