The Director of Food & Beverage is a 100% hands-on leader who will organize and direct the activities of all culinary front of house staff including Room Service, Banquet Service, Bar, Pool Service, and Special Events. This position will work in partnership with the Executive Chef to oversee all food outlets and functions and report to the General Manager. In addition, DoFB provides staff with effective, ongoing training to ensure that guests receive courteous, efficient and professional service that is reflective of our resort's status. The successful candidate possesses a unique mix of business acumen with a strong sense of “can do” roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial spirit.
