- Extensive experience in Cryptocurrency.
- Responsible for development and growth.
- Plan for IDO build and launch, business case to achieve strategic targets
- Develop strategy, strategic planning (financial and non-financial) and business model aligned with BOD’s direction to set up new business and growth plan
- Identify primary risks, residual risks with mitigations
- Develop organization structure and build leadership team: COO, CMO, CSO…
- In charge to develop and maintain strategic partnership
- Working in a technology company (metaverse, crypto, blockchain)
- Set up operation and fully complied to company governance and law/regulation

- A love for NFT/Defi is a huge plus!
- Technical skills in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Product Strategy, Customer Lifecycle marketing, Research, Customer Insights, Analytics
- Process-oriented thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced level of English.
- At least 2 years of experience as a CEO.
- Understanding of the crypto space.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Critical thinking and having a service mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
