Giám Đốc Dự Án (Manager - Project Management)

Oversees & executes the planning, implementation, tracking, staffing, and evaluation of Facility&039;s Operation and Maintenance Works.
PROGRAM AND PLANNING

Identify, monitor and highlight the critical path(s), resource allocation and advise its overall implications on the over-all operations of hotel and casino or the entire complex.
Produce and maintain facility’s operation and maintenance plans and schedule.
Conduct above-mentioned responsibilities in adherence to the company vision and within the quality management principles.
Be able to draft accurate, timely reports and correspondence.
Facilitate weekly schedules and progress review meetings.
Coordinate with the project management team in preparation of reports, including but not limited to the scheduling updates & analysis, progress evaluation/measurement reports and various internal/external high-level reports.
Introduce any improvements that could optimize the facility’s operation and maintenance planning and scheduling processes.

IMPLEMENT THE PROJECT

Develop forms and records to document all planning and scheduling activities.
Monitor progress of planned operation and maintenance and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion.
Execute the planning and scheduling of facility’s operation and maintenance.
Review the quality of work.
Set up files to ensure that all operation and maintenance information on planning and scheduling are appropriately documented and secured.

EVALUATE THE PROJECT

Ensure that all operation and maintenance works are on time, within the budget and at the required level of quality.
Evaluate the outcome of operation and maintenance works as established during the planning phase.

PROJECT CONTROL

Write reports on the project for management and other departments.
Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to senior management on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)
Manage all project funds according to established accounting policies and procedures.
Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures

Yêu cầu công việc

5 – 10 years’ experience in construction, hotel or casino industry as a Project Manager
Graduate Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable university
With advance Primavera training.
Must be a registered Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
Proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese/ English is a must
Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency
Knowledge in Auto Cad.
Passed the Engineering Licensure Examination.
