Report to: Group Director of Human Resources
*** SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF WORK:
Develop, manage, control and implement annual, quarterly and monthly training plans suitable for each hotel/resort of the Group.
Manage and execute the entire human resources activities of the Group&039;s hotels/resorts.
Develop plans, human resources policies and implementation guidelines according to the Group&039;s guidelines.
Develop annual staffing plan and control the implementation of recruitment plans of Hotels/Resorts, ensuring to meet requirements in terms of quality, quantity, and time.
Presiding over the construction and implementation of corporate culture according to the Group&039;s orientation.
Advise the Board of Directors on personnel issues to achieve high efficiency and ensure compliance.
*** DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Customer Service:
Communicate with the company departments and personnel at properties to support in a friendly attitude
Maintains positive guest, colleague and company employee interactions with good working relationships
*Finance:
Establish and closely monitor the feasibility of the group’s salary scale and benefit grid for associates for BoD approval, attracting and retaining outstanding key personnel with good turnover ratio
Develop the group’s annual manning guide and propose to the BoD for approval.
Administer annual salary review process, ensuring its accuracy, deadlines and payroll expenses are in line with the approved business plan and budgets
Maintain a close control on recruitment, staff compensation, training and payroll expenses
***OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Comply with regulations, operating procedures, and table describing the scope of work of the group
Complete the tasks of the group with the assigned tasks according to the Decisions / Minutes of the meeting, ....
