Giám Đốc Vận Hành Nhà Máy Điện Gió/ Head of Operating The Wind Power Plant

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITY
The Head of Plant Operations shall be responsible for providing the required oversight in the daily operations of the plant’s operations and maintenance and administrative procedures consistent with the overall company policies, guidelines and existing contracts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Interact/lead third party service providers and conceptualize plans/ programs to be implemented to ensure Availability and Efficiencies;
• Develop operations plan, strategies and know how to a newly start-up wind farm
• Ensure implementation of company initiatives/ programs in accordance with plans;
• Ensure high (&039;above budget&039;) Plant Availability, especially in times when Plant is required to operate to maximize generation;
• Check continually alarms/ faults and give maximum effort to eliminate or at least decrease the occurrence of such incidents that causes downtime;
• Ensure an efficient inventory & warehouse management system and that &039;major components&039;/ spareparts (especially those affecting generation) are on stock at all times to minimize Plant downtime;
• Ensure the development and maintenance of company policies, standards, programs, (Operations, H&S, Environment, CSR/Security) in order to attain efficient operations
and comply with government regulations through proper coordination with the Manila office;
• Maintain good relationship with relevant stakeholders i.e host communities;
• Provide timely and accurate input to the Operations Consultant (if any) in respect of decisions to the management and board;
• Manage 24/7 trouble team for any unscheduled power outages, to ensure the duration and lost revenue is kept to a minimum;
• Ensure that all plant activities are carried out in compliance with Health, Safety and Environment regulations, protocols, policies and procedures;
• Provide technical expertise in all electrical, civil and mechanical issues in collaboration with the Operations Consultant;
• Oversee and administer site computer hardware/software systems including the predictive maintenance and work asset management systems, such as SCADA;
• Provide assistance in crafting business resiliency plans and implementing the same to ensure continuity of operations in times of emergencies;
• Direct, manage and supervise the work activities of all direct reports; and
• Evaluate the performance of, and provide training and development opportunities
• Ensure that the Company maintains high ethical standards at all times;
• Create and monitor O&M annual budget and its consumption;
• Develop proper preventive maintenance plan and inspection plan to ensure reliable operation of electrical infrastructure;
• Keep abreast of the trends and best practices in the industry/ technology;
• Review and create reports for management;
for all direct reports.

EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
Bachelor Degree Holder preferably BS Mechanical Engineer, BS Electrical Engineer, and/or
related courses. Related Post Degree Education
WORK EXPERIENCE AND DURATION REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 year managerial experience in wind operations
10 year experience in energy generation (wind and solar is a plus)
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Working knowledge on facility systems, electrical, HVAC, energy management & control
Maintenance & Operations activities
Working knowledge on Energy Industry/Operations
systems
Working knowledge of electrical testing tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and
maintenance.
